BÁNH MÌ

Our "bánh mì" is a loaf of bread cut into halves then stuffed with meat and vegetables. The bread of “bánh mì” has crunchier crust and airier crumb than other kinds of bread. The meat is marinated for at least 12 hours with special Vietnamese sauce before being grilled on fire. Vegetables include mainly cucumber, cilantro, and shredded pickled carrots. The finished “bánh mì” is topped with an additional thin layer of specially made soy sauce and mayonnaise. 

There is also a special version of our "bánh mì" served for vegetarians.
